01About these terms#

In short: They cover the website only. Projects are covered by the agreements we sign with clients.

The website at techxlogi.com is operated by TechXlogi, [Registered office address] ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the website. When you engage us for services, the signed agreement for that engagement (for example a master services agreement and statement of work) applies to the services and takes priority over these terms.

02Using our website#

In short: Use it lawfully and don’t interfere with it or other people.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or our admin area, or test their security without written permission.

03Enquiries, estimates and proposals#

In short: Nothing is binding until we both sign. Your brief stays confidential.

  • Submitting a project brief, contact form or email does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together.
  • Estimates, timelines and recommendations we share before a signed agreement are good-faith indications based on the information available, not fixed quotes.
  • We treat the information in your brief as confidential and use it only to respond to you and prepare a proposal. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.

04Intellectual property#

In short: You may view and share our pages, but not reuse our content or brand without permission.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, design, code, case studies and the TechXlogi name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share links to it for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use, such as copying, modifying or republishing our content or using our brand, requires our prior written permission.

Client names, logos and case studies are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.

05What you send us#

In short: You keep ownership; you allow us to use it to respond to you.

You keep all rights in the information and materials you send us. You grant us permission to use them to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and, if we work together, deliver our services. You confirm you have the right to share them with us.
